Procurement: Preparation of tender packages, tender evaluation, supplier negotiations and contract formation plus project management and expediting of equipment supply;
Construction: Project management services for site activities, procedure development, construction management, factory acceptance testing and commissioning support, manual preparation and training assistance;
Technical Assessment and Compliance: Consulting services for review, investigation and assessment of systems compliance with the Coal Mine Safety and Health regulation and Australian Standards.
