Studies: Development of preliminary process and equipment layout designs, cost estimates, execution strategies, options analysis and project approval assistance.
Process Design: PFD, P&ID, flow data and pipe network analysis, functional description preparation, calculation, HAZOP participation.
Mechanical Design: Major component sizing and selection, plant and equipment layout and modelling, detail design and drafting to issue for construction status, RPEQ sign-off.
Procurement: Preparation of tender packages, tender evaluation, supplier negotiations and contract formation plus project management and expediting of equipment supply.
Construction: Project Management services for site activities, procedure development, construction management and commissioning support, manual preparation and training assistance.
